SKINNY CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

You’ll Need:

•3 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cooked and diced.

•2 Cans (10-3/4 Oz.),[98%] fat-free cream of chicken soup.

•2 Pkgs. (10 Oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained.

•3/4 C. non fat evaporated milk.

•1 Tsp. lemon juice.

•2 Tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese.

•1 C. Reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese.

•1/2 C. Italian-flavored dry bread crumbs.

•Cooking spray.

How to Make:

1-Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a [9*13-inch] baking pan with cooking spray.

2-In a large bowl ,toss together the cooked chicken and broccoli.

3-In a smaller bowl, mix together the soup, milk, and lemon juice.

4-Add this to the chicken and broccoli,& stir to combine.

5-Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.

6-Sprinkle with the shredded cheddar…Toss the bread crumbs,and parmesan together and sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.

7-Spray lightly with cooking spray.

8-Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 25-30 mins, or until bubbly.
