RHUBARB DUMP CAKE

YOU’LL NEED:

1 lb(s). rhubarb, cut into 1/4-inches pieces (between 3&4 C.)

1 C. white sugar

1 (3 Ounce(s) package) strawberry jell-o

1 Package(s) yellow cake mix

1 Cup(s) water

1/4 cup(s) butter, melted

HOW TO MAKE:

preheat oven to 350ºF.

Grease a 9*13-inches baking diiish.

Spread the rhubarb evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.. .Sprinkle the sugar over the rhubarb, followed by the jell-o, and finally the cake mix…Pour the water and melted butter over the top.

Do not stir. Bake for 45 miiins or until the rhubarb iiis tender.
