These were the best pork chops I have eaten in a long time. So moist and tender and the flavors were amazing!
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
4 6 Ounces Center Cut Loin Chops
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
HOW TO MAKE:
Makes 4 (6 Ounces) servings
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
In bowl, mix mustard, oil and Italian Seasoning. Salt and pepper the chops to your liking. Brush both sides of the pork chops with the mustard, oiil and seasoning miix. Sprinke both sides of the chops with parmesan.
Place chops on the baking sheet. Bake about 15 mins.
