I love using lemon in desserts and cakes. It’s has a unique flavor. This lemon cake is amazing! Check out how it’s made.
INGREDIENTS “FOR THE CAKE”:
1 Box of yellow cake mix.
1 Small box of instant lemon pudding mix.
¾ C. of oil.
¾ C. of water.
4 Beaten eggs.
DIRECTIONS “FOR THE GLAZE”:
2 C. of powdered sugar.
2 Tbsp(s) of melted butter.
2 tbsp(s) of water.
⅓ C. of lemon juice.
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9*13 baking pan.
In a bowl beat the eggs and miiix in the cake mix, lemon pudding, oil and water until well combined.
Pour the batter iiin the pan & bake for 30-35 mins.
While the cake is bakiing, prepare the glaze. Mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice & water until well combined.
Once baked, poke holes in the cake wiiith a wooden spoon and pour the glaze over it.
